Portside Blast and Paint is an Australian-owned company and was founded in Cairns as Luxury Yacht Refinishers. In 2023 new owners Laurie and Karen Tooley rebranded to Portside Blast and Paint. Laurie and Karen also own and operate Tooleys Waterblasting.
Operating out of our large sandblasting and spray-painting workshop facilities in Portsmith, the maritime precinct of Cairns, we service all of Cairns and the Far North region, including Cape York. Our team of blasters and painters are highly experienced in all aspects of the field and service the marine, industrial, commercial, engineering, construction, and private sectors.
Our highly trained and skilled team has many years of experience in the selection and application of different protective coatings to suit our ranging environments. This is a proven and cost-effective method of combatting corrosion and greatly extends the working life of your assets.
